Back to all reviewsAfter writing a review on trustpilot for a delay of 1 week plus not answering to emails, they contacted me apologising and telling me the package would have arrived tomorrow and that the delay was due to an incorrect phone number. Only the phone number was correct and nobody called me, and again the package didn't arrive after I stayed at home waiting for it as they conformed yesterday was the day. That's highly disrespectful!
