Back to all reviewsEcoparcel claimed that no one was available when they tried to pick up my shipment from a DSV warehouse. Instead of making a second attempt they cancelled my order without notifying me. When I tried to search for my shipment 10 days later I'm just told to rebook or get a refund. I just wanted my shipment to happen quickly. Very poor customer experience. Their customer service function does not reply to your questions so basically you are left on your own
