Back to all reviewsThe company was unable to pick up the parcel two times in a row because of an error on the website which prevented it from recognizing the address correctly. Online support was responsive, but useless - they told me they corrected the address, but the order was cancelled nevertheless. Every time the expected pickup time was set from 8am to 6pm - which required me to schedule 2 days off the work to only learn in the middle of the day that they were unable to process the order. Totally miserable experience.
