Back to all reviewsThey have the cheek to tell me I have credit why don't I send something when they still haven't returned the 660 GBP worth of goods they have lost. Why don't they refund my credit and pay the insurance compensation due instead of changing their own tracking to deny the parcels were collected, when they obviously were and probably lost by GLS who were most likely confused but the rubbish ecoparcel.eu write as tracking information.
