Back to all reviewsBullshit service. My parcel had the correct shipping label, but your team placed your own incorrect label over it and sent the parcel to the wrong person.
Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, you blamed me for an error that was clearly made on your end. What is even more frustrating is that you refused to properly correct the issue or even return the parcel to the sender.
I paid for a service that resulted in my parcel being incorrectly labelled and delivered to someone else, and then I was left to deal with the consequences of your mistake. Absolutely unacceptable service.
