Thank you for your review, and we're glad the tracking worked well for you.
One important clarification: the service selected at booking was Locker2Locker — meaning delivery to a parcelshop, not to your door. So this was not a courier claiming you were absent; our partner never reported anything of the kind. The parcel was routed exactly according to the service purchased.
The tracking confirms it was deposited at the parcelshop on 22 August at 13:26 and collected by you at 14:31 the same day.
If you would prefer delivery directly to your address on future shipments, simply select the Door2Door service at booking. We're happy to help you set that up.
