Had a problem with the company services once as they offered me an availability for the parcel to be picked-up on a UK bankholiday which was a mistake on their part and ended up on a wild goose chase for a couple of days as you can't get hold of customer services over the phone, email only. After a long painful experience, it was resolved in the end. Used the company since after the incident and all okay. Just be aware when booking, from the UK, to check the dates offered are not bank holidays.
