Back to all reviewsI used your service for delivery a luggage from Turin to Tolouse. The pick up was pretty fast and the luggage was in Toulouse after 2 days. However, my luggage has been around the city 2 weeks since the currier was not able to find the entrance of the biggest student campus of Toulouse. The luggage has not yet been delivered. I contacted yuor customer service. Their reply was always punctual and very fast, but they didn't solve the problem. I am absolutely upset. Honestly, I won't recommend your service to anybody.
