Back to all reviewsDelivery timely and in good condition. I have used Ecoparcel.eu three times, or more, from Greece to Finland. Because I do not have a regular address the tracking showed not collected and cancelled. I contacted customer services and Simon replied and looked into it straight way and the parcel was collected. Due to an error in Greece I didn't receive a courier tracking number but Simon kept me updated regularly. The parcel arrived today, one day earlier than predicted and in great condition. Good customer service and delivery, will use again
