Back to all reviewsThe online experience is average. I didn't like being offered a price below €30 to begin with only to find it was over €40 after you had all my information. GLS never communicated with me. As the parcel was heavy I left it outside our gate for collection. There was no contact whatsoever and the parcel just disappeared during the afternoon with no idea who had it. I have still had no contact from GLS and I have to just presume that it has been delivered. I think you and they can do better..
