I scheduled my packages to be collected on a specific date, but nobody showed up, and customer service couldn’t tell me when they would come to pick them up. I spent four days messaging them (because they don’t have phone support), and nobody replied to the chat. When I tried to cancel the service, surprise! You need to justify the reason through the same chat where nobody responds, and if they don’t reply, you can’t cancel it or start the refund process. Eventually, on a random day, they came to collect my boxes and delivered them, but I had to leave the country without knowing whether they would show up or not, or when, or without being able to cancel the service. They finally did the job, but I would not recommend this company at all if you want your parcels to be collected and delivered with ease. Awful customer service.
