Back to all reviewsI booked a door to door service. I stayed at home and nobody call me about the pick up. Luckily I put everything downstairs and they collected it, however, a call would have been nice. Regarding the delivery, they did not contact my partner (who stayed home the whole day) and instead they left the parcells at a pick up location... I booked a door to door delivery, this is not good nor profesional.
