Back to all reviewsThe package arrived severely damaged, the box was torn apart and heavily taped up. The PC inside is damaged as well: the metal case is dented, and the internal components are broken. I’ve suffered financial losses as a result. Customer support responded with: “parcels are transported using mechanical conveyors,” and based on this, they say no refund will be issued, even though the package was insured.
