Finding a reliable cross-border courier can be stressful, but Ecoparcel handled it smoothly. What went well: Door-to-Door Convenience: The driver picked up the parcel right from my doorstep, which saved me a lot of hassle. On-Time Delivery: The package arrived in Poland exactly on the scheduled date. No delays or "lost in transit" issues. Simple Process: The booking system was straightforward and easy to navigate. Room for Improvement: If I had to offer one piece of constructive criticism, it would be regarding the pickup window. Currently, the window is quite broad (essentially the entire day). It would be great if Ecoparcel could offer more specific slots—such as a "morning" or "afternoon" option—to avoid having to wait at home all day. The Verdict: Excellent value for the price and high reliability. I would definitely use them again, especially for international shipping within Europe!
