Back to all reviewsI bought a free cancellation of the parcel. I had to reschedule the pickup and cancelled my first request. Received the confirmation, that cancellation was done. Then it appeared, that I had to open a claim to return my money with a bought service and correctly done cancellation. And within like 5 days of cancellation, while they only processed it several days. I tried to open the dispute two times, but was rejected by internal directives. Pure financial fraud. It is a pity - I have no time and desire to sue ecoparcel.
