Back to all reviewsOn the day of the package collection, the sender received an email that the collection was unsuccessful, meanwhile she was at home and available on phone as well the whole day. So I lost money for the order cancellation that failed but not because of me. When we switched to bringing a package to a pick up point, only one specific place was available, meanwhile there are plenty from the same company in the area.
