Back to all reviewsMarch 2026 When a delivery time of 2 to 4 days is promised during the package registration process on the platform, that promise must be kept once payment is made. According to the new delivery date, the package will arrive 3 days later than initially scheduled, and we won't be at that address by then! It's impossible to contact Europarcel to cancel or request a refund. This is completely dishonest; we've lost a significant amount of money!
