Back to all reviewsI received the wrong parcel. A box was delivered at the pick up point with a label with my name on it but the dimension, the weight and the content of the box didn't match the one that was shipped. I tried to call for assistance and they said once in Belgium they printed the label of my box twice so they sent a random box to me and they sent the correct one "back to the sender". I am very disappointed and concerned I'll never see my box again that had valuable things inside.
