Back to all reviewsVery good but... I usually use Ecoparcel, and never had any complaints, but it's now the second time that they fail to pick up on the day agreed, and with no notice. I have to check the tracking all the time to make sure they are really coming. Now I started to schedule the pick ups in my work place, because I cannot stay in the house the whole day and then no one comes. Very frustrating. But all the other times the service was really good and fast delivery, and I'm very pleased to work with them. Let's hope this little issue may be solved in the future.
