Back to all reviewsThis service is an absolute disaster. There is virtually no support when it comes to handling logistics issues. While it may look attractive at first because it is cheaper than competitors, the reality is completely different once a problem occurs. It becomes nearly impossible to reach support. Tickets are automatically closed without resolution, and there is no genuine attempt to investigate or assist. I experienced the loss of a shipment containing valuable items, and despite multiple attempts to get help, no meaningful action was taken to locate it. They do not even seem willing to try. If everything goes perfectly, you might save a few euros. But the moment something goes wrong, you are completely on your own. I absolutely do not recommend this service. It is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.
