Si ca sa fie incurcatura si mai mare nici nu a anuntat destinatarul. Au trecut 5 zile si numeni nu stia unde este pachetul. Dupa lungi discutii cu departamentul clienti au reusit sa anunte destinatarul ca pachetul este lasat la receptie. RAU, FOARTE RAU... pentru o companie asa mare sa aibe colaboratori total dezinteresati !!!
