Back to all reviewsUNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE ! My and my friends, as students coming back from Erasmus in Coimbra - Portugal, choose Europarcel to send our luggage. No luggage has been collected on time (some after 2 weeks). I had to transfer the package to another address and in this purpose - change the order. I asked for return of money to ecobalance, sending two e-mails with explanation that money cannot be returned to my bank account as it has been closed. They misread it, and refund it directly to the card. I lost 55 euro, I have no package and no contact from their site!
