Back to all reviewsExperiencia extremadamente decepcionante con Ecoparcel. Tras surgir un problema con un envío, la empresa dejó directamente de responder a mis correos electrónicos. No hay ningún canal real de atención al cliente: ni respuestas, ni teléfono, ni seguimiento. El paquete fue devuelto sin que ni el remitente ni el destinatario fuéramos notificados en ningún momento, y aun así ahora pretenden cobrarme gastos adicionales de devolución por un error que no es mío. Esto demuestra una total falta de profesionalidad, transparencia y responsabilidad hacia el cliente. Escribo esta reseña para advertir a otras personas: cuando surge un problema, Ecoparcel desaparece y te deja completamente solo. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
