Back to all reviewsThe package was taken on time and arrived on the expected day. However, I don't give full stars because the package was not delivered to me, despite I stayed home all day. They never ring the bell (which works perfectly) or tried to contact me by phone (which they had), but delivered instead the package on the doorstep of a neighbor (whose name does not even correspond to the receipt signature, so could have been in principle difficult to track down).
