Back to all reviewsThe service its a disaster I contracted their services three times and the 3 times I had problems. The first time the package was delayed more than 2 weeks. The second and third time, I contracted the service of home to home and they did whatever they wanted and left the huge package in a shop that was not even close to my house. I would not have contracted a service to carry a huge package if then I have to carry it by myself, what is the point? Very unhappy with the service!

Good afternoon,
As the delivery address provided was not a residential address but a student dormitory, and the parcel weight was recorded as 5.01 kg, the courier attempted to contact the consignee prior to delivery.
As there was no response, the parcel was redirected to the nearest parcel shop for collection.
