Back to all reviewsIf it goes well, ok, it goes well but you need to still stay on top of the track and tracing. If it goes wrong, which is does quite often; with no-shows of drivers for example, the support service is a nightmare. Slow responses and often hiding behind their "flexible cancellation" policy or their logistic partner. If you don't add those 3 euros on each parcel, you always end up paying for cancellation, for rebooking, etc, etc.. It's time consuming to add orders at the platform and business profile is for large volumes per week which most small entrepreneurs don't have. Up to now, only 20% of the parcels arrived within estimated delivery date. Overall the most competitive pricing for heavy parcels, that's probably the only reason why I continue the use of the platform.
