Back to all reviewsI purchased a delivery service advertised as taking 2 to 4 days from France to Czechia; however, the delivery ultimately took 2 full weeks. No explanation was provided for the delay, no one was reachable except an automated online system, and no commercial gesture was offered to acknowledge or compensate for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointed.

Severe snow and freezing rain have caused widespread road closures in parts of France and across Europe, leading to significant disruption. As a result, both deliveries and parcel collections may be delayed throughout the network, especially in affected areas.
