Back to all reviewsI had an extremely frustrating experience with Europarcel. I sent two packages from Luxembourg to Italy, and only one arrived as intended. The second package was delivered to someone else’s address. Thanks to my own connections, I managed to locate my package, but Europarcel provided zero assistance. Despite my request on daily updates on my support ticket, no one ever responded or helped resolve the issue. In the end, I managed to trace the package myself through GLS, and it was sent back to the sender instead of being redirected to Italy. Once the package returned to Luxembourg, I requested a refund from Europarcel. However, they repeatedly closed the ticket without any updates on the status of the refund. Now, I can no longer open any tickets for this order, meaning I can’t even request a refund anymore. I will definitely never recommend Europarcel to anyone.
