Back to all reviewsThe entire process was flawless from order and pick-up to delivery, and all of this was right before the winter holidays, which makes it even more impressive. We had one more shipment about a month ago, that was problematic due to collection issues with a specific GLS office in France, but this time around, everything went very smoothly. Goes to show that even though the process can be 100% efficient on ecoparcel platform, which it always is, it can still be ruined by one single person in a delivery company doing an extremely poor job. Thankfully this time, it was not the case!
