Back to all reviewsI live in the countryside in Spain and I am always nervous of arranging collections and deliveries of goods. I have used Ecoparcel before and all seemed to go well though it did take a while for my parcel to reach Finland. On this last occasion I contacted Ecoparcel customer services by email, explaining the above situation. Almost immediately they responded to tell me they had contacted the courier to arrange pickup. The next morning at 9am sharp the courier called, we arranged to meet and all went very smoothly. I have since received confirmation emails from Ecoparcel regards the pickup and onward transit of my parcel. Very happy with Ecoparcel delivery and also cost. Would recommend to everyone.
