Back to all reviewsI've now had two experiences with ecoparcel and we are 0 for 2. The first time they didn't deliver on the day that they were "out for delivery" and the customer service people continued to tell us not to leave the house for the next five days because "it's out for delivery." The parcel came on day 8. The second time, we scheduled a pick up for the day before we left our holiday rental (today), and we've seen no one. Now we will be waiting at the post office tomorrow for it to open and hope that we are able to still make it to our train. I have nothing good to say about this company. Stay away.
