You didn't pick up my parcel 3 times in 2 weeks, I lost 3 holidays to stay at home waiting for no one, finally you delivered a parcel in Italy which is not mine (actually my parcel is still here with me in Denmark) , honestly I don't know where you picked up it and when. Terrible, awful. I lost my money I guess. Unbelievable . Compliments! I give up.
