Back to all reviewsEs ist ein tolles Angebot und war am Anfang sehr unkompliziert. Leider hat der Versand (anstatt der angekündigten 5 Tage) ganze 13 Tage gedauert. Dann konnte ich nirgendwo erkennen, ob die letzte Versandstrecke über dpd oder DHL verschickt wurde. Bei der Packstation mussten die das aber wissen ... und ich stand ratlos da. Und on top ... war das Paket recht durchgeschüttelt worden. Die Kekse waren teilweise zerbröselt. Warum trotzdem vier Punkte? Weil es sehr günstig war und der Versand sehr einfach war. Da ich nun weiß, dass die letzte Strecke über dpd geht und ich weiß, dass ich mehr Zeit einplanen muss und einen stärkeren Karton brauche ... würde ich es trotzdem erneut nutzen.
