Back to all reviewsTerrible service! I would never recommend them again. The package wasn't picked up. Customer service didn't respond to my inquiries for several days. Even though the service wasn't provided, they're still demanding a penalty payment from me. I will advise everyone against using Ecoparcel in the future.
