Twee keer werd een zending om onverklaarbare reden afgewezen tijdens het aanmaken van het label, terwijl de betaling wel was gelukt en ik het label niet kon uitprinten. De volgende dag werden beide bedragen keurig terugbetaald. Dank je wel, ECO Parcel-team!
