Back to all reviewsThe experience is ruined by GLS France in Tinqueux, who has repeatedly failed to collect the parcels at the scheduled time, with zero communication about delays or options to reschedule the parcel pick-ups. Since there is no other way to communicate this issue via ecoparcel platform (email, chat, phone number, etc) I have to leave this review here, in the hopes that maybe the situation can be remediated in the future. Or perhaps when we place orders on ecoparcel, we can get the option to choose what company will handle the transport. I have only positive experiences with GLS Romania, for example, but GLS France - Tinqueux is a completely different story. My next complaint will go directly to them.
