Back to all reviewsIk weet , al 4 dagen,niet waar het pakket is, geen bericht ontvangen niets. Via de 'hulplijn' om hulp gevraagd en had gisteren al geleverd moeten worden. Ik wacht nog 1 dag anders ben ik genoodzaakt om het pakket nog een keer te versturen maar nu met een andere verzender.

The parcel was delivered to the selected parcel shop today, 13 Nov 2025 at 09:52. It can be collected at any time.
An SMS and email have been sent to the consignee using the provided contact details, including all necessary instructions on how to collect the parcel.
UPDATE: Communicated directly with the shipper, consignee indeed received the notifications and is on the way to collect the parcel.
