Back to all reviewsYou cancel one of my order for no reason. I'm waiting for a solution from your side. I was waiting at home for the courier to collect my package. Nobody appeared in the whole day and you cancel my order. I have paid already for nothing, please refund my money back.

This parcel was successfully delivered to the parcel shop in Spain.
I would assume this review is regarding other order, from Spain to Ireland?
If so, we can see that the shipper has clicked on "Cancel Order" and confirmed the cancellation, thus, the order has been cancelled - "RECOGIDA CANCELADA POR EL ORDENANTE".
Later on, you've rebooked the same order for 05/11/2025, courier arrived, you've claimed that courier did not arrive, we've started an investigation with local partners in Rus, Andalusia, they have provided a GPS coordinates of the courier - we can confirm that courier had arrived at the address requested.
