Back to all reviewsThe packages arrived very quickly and in good condition. Money for canceled orders was reimbursed immediately. My only complaint is that is impossible to contact an agent or the courier company directly if you have a last minute problem. I opened a ticket because the contact info on my order was incorrect and the parcels were scheduled for pickup that same day. It took the agent more than 24 hours to get back to me, well after the pickup had occurred.
