Back to all reviewsServicio pésimo . Me rechazaron el paquete, me puse en contacto, me dijeron que volviera a hacer otro pedido. Me cobraron los dos pedidos y no me devolvieron el primero. He abierto varios tickets y aparte de no darme solución no me contestan. Al final me han devuelto el de menor valor (que es el que realmente recogieron) y me han cobrado 6 euros por la cancelación del primer pedido . Siendo ellos mismos los que cometieron el error de rechazarmelo tal y como reconocieron. Lo peor de todo es q no hay forma directa de contactar, solo mediante el chat y cuando ellos quieren te dejan de contestar sin darte ninguna explicación, ni solución

The pickup date you selected fell on a public holiday in Spain, which meant the order required manual review by our Operations team. As indicated during the booking process, please ensure to choose a working day, as our platform does not automatically exclude regional public holidays.
Additionally, the booking was placed outside our working hours on Sunday. Therefore, the order was reviewed on Monday, resubmitted, and the labels were generated. Later, you requested to cancel one of the orders. Since Flexible Cancellation was not selected during the booking process, a €6.00 cancellation fee applied. You were clearly notified of this fee during the cancellation process and confirmed your agreement.
After the cancellation was completed and the fee applied, we received a complaint from you regarding the charge.
The second order you placed was processed without any issues. You selected a valid collection date, the parcel was collected on October 30th, and it was successfully delivered on November 4th.
