Do not ever disclose PII (Personally Identifiable Information) online!
The parcel was delivered to the parcel shop of your choice yesterday. Notification has been sent by SMS or Email to the consignee's details provided. Please present a national ID proving your identity (it must match the consignee's name and last name), and the parcel will be handed over.
If you have any problems, feel free to open a ticket selecting "Delivery Problem" - as of now, there are no tickets opened by you regarding this order.
