As stated in the order confirmation email and our service guidelines, the shipper must provide the courier with the correct information or attach the appropriate labels to the parcels. If the courier wasn’t given clear instructions or if no labels were attached (in the case of a label-free service), the courier may label the parcels at their own discretion.
Therefore, the shipper’s responsibilities remain as outlined in the order confirmation and service guidelines:
1. Properly pack the parcel according to the guidelines to ensure the goods are secure.
2. Inform the courier of each parcel’s destination (when shipping to multiple destinations). The courier will print and apply the labels in the shipper’s presence.
3. Obtain a receipt or a copy of the label, which serves as proof of collection.
