atención al cliente nefasta, no tienen herramientas para solucionar problemas , te envían de un sitio para otro y no resuelven nada. FALTAL. No se me ocurriría recomendar sus servicios

Hi Maria,

It's simply not possible to change the consignee's email address once the delivery has taken place.

As you've explained in the enquiry, you've made a mistake in the email address, so we've resent the PIN code to collect the parcel from the parcel shop to the consignee's phone number provided.

As we explained yesterday, the PIN code is sent to the consignee's email address and phone number via SMS. We can see that SMS was successfully delivered, whilst email has bounced (failed to be delivered).

The parcel can be collected from the selected locker/parcel shop at your convenience.
