Back to all reviewsI am very unhappy to announce that my two parcels were not collected, despite my payment being successful. After contacting them, one member of the customer service reassured me that a new collection was issued for the next day, however, it has been two days since then and no-one has come for collection. In the meantime, I have constantly been contacting Ecoparcel via Facebook and e-mail to receive clarification regarding the next collection day, but Ecoparcel has failed to get back to me on the matter, which is extremely frustrating. I would like to see the issue being dealt with.
