Back to all reviewsThe service was good, the delivery was forwarded to GLS and they completed the process in 2 business days. There is a bit of delay to reach out to a human customer representative (~2-3h) and you can not do many operations online (i.e rescheduling the pick up/delivery or choosing a specific time window for delivery etc). Otherwise the rest of the service was smooth.
