Back to all reviews8ZQMK6 Shipment was created but immediately failed, money was taken from my account but no waybill. I contacted customer service via chat, a request was forwarded to customer support, but no one responded. AFTER TWO DAYS AND REMINDERS, NO ONE RESPONDED, MONEY TAKEN AND NO WAYLIST TO PRINT! And is a second shipment like this problem! nothing to do! A scam.

Our local partners in Italy were unable to process the order due to an incorrect postcode. The order has been cancelled, and a refund has been issued to your payment card.
The other 6 shipments created by you were correctly processed and are now in transit.
