Could you please reply to the ticket and explain the issue?
As per the tracking information that we have:
• You've booked a collection for 15 Sep 2025
• It was communicated that the courier is out for collection on 15 Sep 2025 - 09:20
• Courier arrived and collected the parcel on 15 Sep 2025 - 13:37
It was definitely collected by SEUR, not UPS, as you've mentioned in the ticket; there were no reported problems with the courier not arriving or anything.
I've sent a Proof of delivery with a signature that was provided to SEUR's courier upon delivery.
