Back to all reviewsUpon ordering, I got an email with the following false information: 1) that I could download the adress slip 2) a link for "contact us" that did not lead to that. It took me a while before I understood how to contact them. They told me what I already knew, namely that I had to wait for an email from Shenker to get the adress /shipping label. That's fine. But do not send me an email with incorrect information! This last thing was utterly impossible to convey in the chat. So thank you for finally letting me communicate this to you through this review.

Good afternoon,
The link leads to the section "Help Centre" where a contact form can be found by clicking on a chat widget.
Some partners do send their labels manually; they are sent 24 hours before the collection. The initial order confirmation email simply explains the fact for the selected service, a label must be printed and attached to the box.
