Good afternoon,
We regret to inform you that your parcel has been disposed of by Dutch customs. The shipment contained cigarettes, which are prohibited by law for import into the Netherlands. Unfortunately, in such cases, customs does not return the parcel or allow us to proceed with delivery.
We understand this may be disappointing, but we must comply with customs regulations.
