Back to all reviewsI sent ceramic items placed in a box and protected with styrofoam and air bags. The items arrived broken, and Ecoparcel refuses to activate the insurance, claiming that they are prohibited items. However, according to their own website, if sent in a box they are allowed, and in this case, they were very well protected. This was a complete lack of care by the carrier. I will not accept such incompetence. They advertise an insurance that in fact does not exist!
